ACHIEVEMENT OF GOVERNMENT : CITY GOVERNMENT LPSE TANGERANG ACHIEVE ISO 9001: 2008

Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE) Tangerang- cities Indonesia has been achieved Quality Management Certificate or the International Standards ISO 9001: 2008. This of course gives the effect of pride for the city of Tangerang which is the City Mini Metropolitan Indoneisa. ISO 9001  an international standard governing quality management (Quality Management System). 

Head of Communications and Information Technology (Communications) Tangerang City, H.Muhtarom, explained that ISO 9001: 2008 is awarded after LPSE Tangerang City successfully meet the various requirements and pass the certification audit conducted by the certification body of the European Quality Assurance (EQA) Indonesia.
 

"Finally we can achieve this ISO certification after we go through various stages and audits of the certifying body" according to a summary of the story of H.muhtarom as Head of the City KOMINFO Tangerang.He also explained that the background of this ISO certification is to increase the service capacity LPSE based on the regulation of the Head (Pepka) Procurement Agency Goods / Services (LKPP) number 9 in 2015 on capacity building LPSE.
 

"This is an effort we are doing service improvement" she pointed out while explaining that consistency in the application of quality management system at all levels in the field LPSE Tangerang City is expected to be able to be supporting Reforms Procurement to make the Field Procurement Service in Electronic toward more effective, efficient, accountable, transparent and non-discrimination in the city of Tangerang - Indonesia.Meanwhile, the head Diskominfo Hj.Euis Nurlaila added that the EQA as a certification body has certified the two accreditation UKAS (United Kingdom) and the ANAB (USA). 

Euis also added that with the implementation of ISO quality management is all the achievement of targets and objectives LPSE predetermined Tangerang City will be able to consistently monitored through periodic evaluation and can be followed up efficiently and effectively. 

Moreover, with the quality system documentation, for facilitate management to control and evaluate the activities of LPSE Kota Tangerang - Indonesia and  continuous improvement required to effectively and efficiently. 

With the implementation of the quality management system as a whole, then LPSE Tangerang City will get recognition internationally that will give effect of confidence and pride for all employees who are involved either directly or indirectly. 

"It is important that we focus on improving service to the give service, providers and procurement working group" said Euis.
